I've been away from this form for some time. Although I didn't participate a great deal, I learned a lot about issues that I had and apparently were common with several Kubota machines. I currentl own 3 Kubotas and am very pleased with the equipment overall. Like all equipment --particularly the RTV900 has some issues. I have learned to live with the "lockup" of the gears, the strange power or lack of on hills and so on. The one thing that still is causing me grief is the in ability to positively lock the differential. Seems it works on flat ground but now in winter, on uphill inclines it just won't lock in resulting in a scary backword slide down the snow covered hills.
