Well i guess i will spend the Bucks, The issue was time not bucks, the part in question was a clutch bushing that was incorrect from kubota, I solved the problem by making one.

Out of curiosity, what was wrong about the clutch bushing? There was only one size for all B-series that used them.

It sounds like the bushing had spun and opened up the hole in the crankshaft. I have seen this more than once, usually by much more than .005" though. If there was any bushing left at all. My solution was the same, I would just make one or have one made.
