Price Check B21 fair price & chain size for tie down to traile

I think I finally decided on a B20/B21 & want to know what a fair price would be for approx 750hrs??
What length & size chain will I need to attach it to the trailer for towing 1/4? 5/16? etc
And is there a big enough diff to worry whether its a b20 or b21?

I use 3/8" for my B2910. May not need that size, but my ratchet binders are that size.
The difference between the B20 and B21 is years. B20 came out in 1990. The B21 came out around 1998.
I use Iron Solutions to check prices. Price should be around $17,000 from a dealer. Buying from a private party should have a lower price.
