B2320 Bucket Won't Dump

Still no word from the dealer or from Kubota. I dropped the valve at my dealer who said he would see what he could get done & haven't heard from him. Also sent an email to Kubota a week or so ago & still haven't heard from them either. Starting to think neither my dealer or Kubota cares that I spent 22k a few years ago with them. I'm gonna call the dealer today & see what they have found out for me. Every day it's sits were that much closer to grass cutting season & spring clean up & I have a broken machine!!

Just spoke with my dealer who was very apologetic that they hadn't had info for me up to today. But he informed me that they submitted it to Kubota under good will warranty. Hopefully they will say yes & get me a replacement soon so I can start the spring clean up around here. Fingers crossed!!!

How big of a chore was removing the Loader Valve?

About 30-40 min depending on your skill level but not very difficult. After you remove the seat it's pretty straight forward. Hardest part was getting my big hands in there to get the lines off the valve.

Thanks I just took a short look at it and removed lever. I thought I would get to it through the plastic shroud below and in front of the seat. So did you remove both Seat and shroud?

Yes removed seat, shroud, & fender cross support to give more room to work

I heard back from Kubota with instructions to contact my Dealer I plan on doing that but would have been more encouraged if they mentioned the defect inherit in the original loader valve.

Went by the dealer today and asked to speak to someone in service. Instead of letting me talk to a Tech They had me speak to one of the Ladies behind the parts counter. I think she is the Service writer. I told her of the issue and she said that she has never heard of this valve failing and suggested maybe it was just sticking and might need lubricating. I will pull valve this weekend and see if it is just stuck. Hope your Dealer is taking care of you.

Dropped Tractor off at a dealer much closer to my home and they are going to take a look at it ( Not the dealer that sold it to the original owner) They seemed like good people to me and I am hopeful that if the valve is damaged Kubota will take care of the Part. Should hear something in a day or so.

My dealer called me Monday afternoon & said there was a new valve sitting on the parts counter waiting for me to pick up no charge. Very happy that kubota & my dealer stood behind their product & had it taken care of for me. Bought new hydro filters & Fluid while I was there. installed it last night changed fluid & filters she's back up & working like it should!!!
