Ouch Dude.
Think about it, a 33" tire and a longer wheelbase compared to a 22" tire on that short wheelbase. No springs on the seat on the mower. That simple swing arm "suspension" on the Ferris doesn't do much with my little 140 lbs. on it. I ran both for a year, B2320 is smoother. I'm not concerned about a pretty mowing job. I don't need to mow that much here. After June the sandy soil doesn't encourage much grass growth.
Got the new B2320, the forward/reverse pedal is a lot stiffer, returns to center much easier than the 2008 B2320. New one doesn't have the loud hydro whine yet either, maybe super UDT2 will make the difference.
