B2320 Ignition issues

Hey guys... I have a B2320 that I replaced the ignition switch on at 24 hours, and now the new one has taken a dump at 48 hours. So, I have ordered my third ignition switch. Anyone else seen anything like this?

No... what happens is when I turn the key to pre heat, I'm fine. Then I turn the key a bit more and it should turn over the starter. But... when it goes out, I turn the key and it goes past where it should, leaves the dash lights on, won't engage the starter, and will flop back and forth with little effort. My dealer is mystified, says he has never seen this before.
