I want to buy a tiller, but I am just not sure about the size.
I want a 5' King Kutter, but I may be wiser to choose a 4'
King Kutter. Does anyone have any experience with using
one or the other? Can my B2410 w/ FEL handle a 5' tiller?

I use a 5' tiller with my B2410 without a problem. Good soil to work in Iowa so that may not require as much muscle as clay soil.

I bought a 60" for my B7610. I tried it out with a B2410 and it showed no hesitation or problems at full depth in heavy clay with numerous fist-sized rocks.

In fact it did such a good job that I chomped into a solid iron bar and broke the chain (I asked the dealer to set the slip clutch and I didn't know how to check that at the time).

I am not fond of having to set the offset so I made sure that the width covered both tires adequately. A 48" may leave slight tire tracks if you don't drive perfectly straight - it depends on the outside width of your tires - mine are 48".
