Dave, that is a good question and probably deserves it's own thread. I think both are fine units. To me the BX is for the guy who needs a good mowing machine and the flexibility to undertake other tractor tasks and the 7500 is for the guy who needs to do a lot of those "other" tasks but still needs the flexibility to use a MMM. The B2410 is like the 7500 but just has a tad more capacity in the loader, a few more horses/torque, a few niceities such as rear hydrualic output block, rear closeout ( a few bucks and it fits the 7500), nicer seat, more 3-point capacity, larger rear tires, a bit more weight, slightly wider (mostly due to larger tires) and--and Position control. Position control is very useful and I am learning everytime I use the tractor how helpful it is. It is, however, probably not a break or make factor as I am sure you could do well enough without--but it is a nice feature. The Bi-speed is kinda kewl too (B2410HSDB---only). On the other hand, for that 1,500 to 2,000 dollars you could get a KK 4 foot cutter, a boxblade, a rear blade, and a dinner out with your wife to celebrate the new 7500, tough choices. I got the 2410 over the 7500 because I wanted a solid increase in performance over the BX without stepping up to the larger, longer, heavier B2710 and 2910, I think I accomplsihed that mission requirement. Good luck.
