After some trial and error I finally came up with a mount for the light bar that I think looks factory.
Started with 1x3 square tube, 17"x6.5" 1/8" steel plate for the amber light mount and a few small steel 1/4 inch brackets (scrap I had laying around) to mount to the ROPS. Overall length was 31 7/8 when it was all welded together fit like a glove went in nice but not to tight.. Now before everyone starts questioning this I completely understand the liability of drilling the ROPS I spoke to my local dealer and decided this was the best option for a clean look. Mounted it with 1/4 inch bolts. Once complete I painted it with primer and used Kubota Paint to finish it off so it would be an exact match. Paint was kinda pricey at 14 bucks a can good thing I only needed one. Nothing but great things to say about Black Oak led customer service was top notch I called them on the phone explained what I was doing they were quick to get me set up with what I needed. If I didn't like anything after it was installed they said I could return the light for up to 90 days. I also put all the wires in a protective sleeve and ran the switches off the ignition. The three switches also came from Black Oak along with the replays and all purpose wiring. The LEDS are powered directly off the battery as the came in at 280W the Whelen light is powered off the rear work light bullet connectors. Overall I am pretty happy with the way everything turned out I have spent countless hours on TBN searching for a good solution with everyones ideas on here I was able to put a little twist on it and come up with this just want to thank all of you guys for the inspiration!!!
Lights used are as followed:
Black Oak LED 20 inch bar 22,000 Lumens
Black Oak LED 2 inch Pods. 6240 Lumens
Whelen LP mini light bar
