What do you consider hot? This year has been relatively mild with only a few days where the temp has been over 90 with high humidity. In past summers we have had temps over 100.
I'll wager that it's not so much the air temp that affects the tractor it's most likely the operating temp and the overall ambient temp of the tractor. If I was out bush hogging fields every day my tractor would get hot too. However, 90% of my work has been loader and grading work.
You should to move to New Hampshire. No sales tax, no income tax, decent climate, and as our state motto says, a "Live Free or Die" attitude.
