I just have to ask. Why two different types of mowers? And why two seperate types of tires and wheels?
I realize that at 188 acres you probably have lots of variety as far as uses go. But I have found the the R4's a good compromise tire. I just very the air pressure for the type of useage.
And secondly I am a real proponent of flail mowers. I had one for a long time, and was satisfied with it for both my lawn and pasture mowing. Let me clarify the latter as long as the brush was cleared or very small, and as long as their was no intention of cutting hay off that pasture. It is my intention to purchase another one next spring. The belly mower although providing a good finish cut and being maneauverable still seems kind of limiting, especially if you already have a flail mower.
Your quote just got my curiosity going.
