B3030 doesn\'t brake after speed pedal is released

/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif On this B3030 if I travel forward or reverse on a slope and then release the speed pedal the tractor slows down but then starts to roll down hill as if it were free wheeling. Before this tractor I had a B7800 that would stop moving even on very steep hill sides when the speed control pedal was released. It would just sit there. Not being familiar with HST I don't know which tractor is correct. Can someone help me

My B3030 works the same way since i got it. On the level or very slight grade it will stay stopped. If i'm on slope I have to keep the brake on. guess we will see if anyone elses works different.

My 3130 hst doesn't freewheel if the foot throttle is released. It stops, even on steep hills. I'd be concerned if it didn't. Would Kubota make different hst gearboxes behave in different ways? I don't know enough about other models to comment on this but it would seem an odd thing to do.
