Get ya a jumper wire and start by-passing saftey switches one at a time till you hit the offending switch...or by-pass all of them and work backwards. Also these switches can be checked with an ohm meter to see if you are getting continuity through it or not.
Also check starter to make sure it is not getting voltage signal.
