The initial post does not mention if you ran the tractor low or out of fuel. Best to have more than one tractor. I have four at this time and can usually get one started to boost another lol.
Having a heatable parking spot with electricity available might be easier?
To the OP; make sure all the screens on the fuel delivery system are clean and the lines flushed. Bleed the system as you go along finishing after the injection pump. Even look in the tank for debris. Don't know about availability of power or heated parking, but, getting a block or inline heater installed should help. A tarp can be thrown over the tractor with a small heater underneath will also work. If possible drain the bottom of the fuel tank on a regular basis. Using a heat gun or hair dryer on the fuel lines and then the intake manifold may also help. Use a self regulating charger on the battery when the tractor is parked.
Also ensure all the fuses and shutoff switches are in proper working order. In the cold crud build up may stop conductivity.
Last but not least note that I'm not a mechanic and have limited trouble shooting skills especially with the electrical systems.
