Backhoe B3200 w/ B4690 Backhoe?

Hi Team, Just got my new B3200 this week. I traded in my B2910 that was 9 years old. I kept my 4690 backhoe since it only had about 50 hours on it.

Anyway, I noticed that the B3200 does not have as sturdy of a 3PH as the 2910 (I think they installed a beefed up 3PH and topllink with the 4690 backhoe), so I'm concerned about hooking it up to my new Tractor and tearing up the 3PH. I have a few quesitons for you Tractor Gurus.

Concerning the 4690 3PH Backhoe... should I..
a) Go ahead and use it on the 3200 as is.
b) Try to get a beefed up 3 PH and toplink for my 3200.
c) Trade in my 4690 for a BH76

Also.
What kind of price can I expect to get for a new BH76, and what kind of trade for the B4690?

PS My 3200 also vibrates a lot at 2500 rpm or above. My Rops make a ton of noise with the vibrations.

If you can get a good deal on a trade. That would be the best option. Not sure there is a heavy duty top link bracket for the B3200. Cannot help with pricing. You may have better luck selling 4690 on EBay. The ones that I watch sell for over $5000.
Tighten up bolts that ROP's pivot on. To help stop vibrating. A little lube will also help.

Sorry, I can't assist with your BH issue. On the ROPS noise with your vibration, did your ROPS come with two black knobs that screw in from the back side at the pivot point? If not, ask your dealer for two since you may be missing yours. There was a recent thread about others not receiving theirs during delivery. The knobs tightened down will keep the ROPS from vibrating in the up position.

I would do what ronjhall suggests and go ebay or craigslist then use that money for the bh7600. the bh76 is gonna be around $7199 and $425 for the thumb. Seems like you might be able to get away with out needing to buy a back hoe and just rent when needed but I agree if you have it you can use it when ever you want. Good luck with the vibration I hope they find a fix for it.

I've heard this is a trait of the B 3200.

I just emailed my dealer asking for a BH76 quote with my trade-in, I'll see what he comes up with. Thanks

I think the trade in would be a better plan since the new transmission housings may be aluminum, and not cast iron.

I just placed it on craiglist again, I put it at $4500 but had not takers. Just lowered it for $3200.

I have a Kubota B4690 Backhoe for sale. This is a 3 point hitch backhoe, so can be connected to any tractor with rear PTO. This is less than 1/2 the price when new. Backhoe has been used less than 100 hours, and works perfectly. Purchased new in 2001. Backhoe has 16" bucket, PTO Pump, etc. Great for trenching, or digging up stumps.

Does the B4690 have a sub-frame mount available for it?

I have a B7800 (same underneath as B2910) and there is a B4690 on craigslist for sale ($3500) just south of me in Michigan.
