I think I paid about $7,000 for mine with the 60" mower in about 1981. Another way to tell the difference as I stated in another message, was that the earlier ones were painted blue on the undercarriage and the later ones gray. Also the sheet metal on the earlier ones was Kubota Orange and the late ones Kubota Orange II.
