We need more information on why you don't think the steering design is heavy enough. It was used on literally thousands of tractors with very few problems.

As soon as a loader is addd the gearbox starts wearing out.

To OP : look at vehicle scrap yards. You may find some old manual steering boxes that may be adaptable.
