Buckeyeman said:Sully2, that is the exact diagram I used off the web and it's blowing the fuse.
That is how I explained it in my post, and I figured I was doing something wrong.

You KNOW it all works feeding off the power frum under your seat.
Disconnect THAT way and try feeding it ONLY from your relay. If the fuse dont pop and the lights work..then yes you need a 3 terminal switch for it to function
Buckeyeman said:Yes I know it's early, I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure this thing out.
So what your saying is disconnect the wire from under the seat going to the switch, and just have the wire from terminal #85 going to the switch? If I use a 3 terminal switch what goes to the other terminal if one is ground and the other is #85?
Buckeyeman said:I FINALLY found the problem, the inline fuse coming from the battery was BLOWN, so there was no current activating the relay at #30 terminal. I had been checking this fuse throughout my diagnoses, but it must have blown sometime when I made one of my wire changes. I knew it had to be something simple because I was following the diagram to the "T". So in the end I used the 2 terminal switch with wire under the seat going to the switch, and the wire from #85 going to the other side of the switch.
This has been so frustrating, I never had this much problems with I installed a set of fog lights on my car.
