More worried about a tractor stalling on a hill and it free wheeling down a hill then anything else that is a bigger problem then a bypassed seat switch.

So how is a seat switch going to be responsible for killing somebody else when it is for the operator only.

Seat switch does and tractor does not have to be involved . The bypassed seat switch is just proof in the eyes of a jury that there is a general disregard for safety with everything, everywhere . Don’t blame me for the court decisions regarding liable .

Proof of a defective design and bypassing switch was needed to keep tractor from stalling and running away on a hill when a bump was hit.

Simple as that.
