Like many, I am new to the forum. I am interested in buying a new compact and hope to purchase a B7500 in the next couple of weeks. I have been monitoring conversations for months now and learned a lot. I thought a few might be interested to know when I visited my Kubota dealer last week in Omaha, he had a new B7800. Yes, I said B7800. It is a B2910 but without the tilt/tele wheel, spring seat, extend 3 pt, or other extras found on the B2910. Dealer had serial number 50001. First produced and used for dealer demo's now. Supposed to be available Jan or Feb. Cost about $1500 less than B2910. Other than extras, engine, frame, etc all exactly same as B2910. Nice price savings. Just thought a few of you might be interested if you are juggling the "which one to buy question" as I did. Hope this is informative. Glad to be a part of the discussion.

Thanks a bunch. I was wondring what this tractor would be. I thought maybe a 2410 without the whistles.

I gotta reply from my Kubota dealer that the new B7800 won't be showing up in my area until early spring of next year /w3tcompact/icons/sad.gif and maybe longer if the California dock matter isn't settle soon. /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

Little note also.."When the B7800 hit the dealer lot it will be first one there..first one serve"..dealer won't give a ball park figure on the cost of a new B7800 w/fel & 4 turfs tires & rear chains...should be most interesting. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
