Hey all,
Looking for back brace recommendations for the lower back. If you've seen my wood shed build thread in the projects forum.......well the ladder slipped out from underneath me and I went down and landed on the ladder across my lower back. I cracked a Tranverse process bone at the L3. Doc said it didn't move so rest and watching my lifting and bending is all that can be done. The orthopedic doc has a real nice brace but it is $1800 dollars!! I'm waiting for insurance approval but if they don't cover a decent amount of the brace I'll need something. The drug stores have squat when it comes to decent back braces.
