I have found that alignment is the secret to quick attachment of the back hoe. I use my top link to help me align the tractor to the hoe. Rest the top link on bungee cord in alignment with the tractor centerline and follow that line back to the center pin on the back hoe. Have the install down to 10 min on average. Use the outriggers and bucket curl to adjust the back hoe height and level.
