I was told that Bradco made all bh for Mahindra, could be misinformed? My bh has Paladin plate on it.

There is no OE ripper available. You will have to have one fabricated.

Yes I know did all kinds of research I also read if you don't use Mahindra oe on loader or backhoe will void warranty
