Not sure if you were still pursuing the breaker for your BX23 but I just noticed an ad here on Tractorbynet for a company that makes breakers of a number of different sizes for excavators and backhoes. Check out Allied Construction . Their website says they have 2500 different install kits and they had a couple of smaller size impact hammers that look like they might be around the correct size for a BX23 size backhoe
