Carl, It is a security vision brand and i paid some where from 200-250. I get them from my friend down the road.
I have a B26 with no cab, as of yet. I am looking for a backup camera system. So, what brand? what size monitor? what degee of viewable angle is needed? what should I expect to spend? do they make a waterproof monitor and do I even need one? Thanks
Sorry to bring this topic back up but after our 16" snowfall yesterday and snowblowing for hours in reverse I had the great idea to get a backup camera "my neck hurts" I have tried mirrors mounted on the fel uprights but there not out far enough to see behind me, I have though about mirrors that stick out further but I kind of hate to ruin my width clearance, or the idea of drilling the fel uprights to mount them "my current mirrors are just clamped on"
Anyhow there are a lot of cheap camera options out there what I am not finding is a waterproof monitor I have no cab does the lcd need to be waterproof? Can I just stick it in a bag etc theirs complete kits for under 50 bucks out there just wondering if anyone has had any experience doing it again my biggest worry is the monitor getting wrecked easily by moisture.
