Just makes sense to let the big tires carry the load instead of the small tires
And the front axle does not pivot. More stable with the loader up.

Yeah, but it would be terr8ble with a 3 pt on the steering end. Tear your plows up.
I see a few with the 3PH on the steering end and the "rear end". Even articulated 4WD tractors utilize 3PH's.

Yes we have one that hinges in the middle. Well, two actually. But having them steering type wheels close to a plow, not too sure about that.

The OPs picture looks like it would be good for a business which spends a lot of time moving trailers around, which is likely what it was built to do.
