Nice birds. We have a pair nesting in wetlands by our hunting club. I watched one in November, the eagle, with those well defined colors, looks like made from play dough

Awesome Birds! Saw my first one in the summer of '08 on the North Branch of the Susquehanna River in Bradford County, Pa. An immature swooped down in front of our cabin, missed a floating fish, circled back and got it on second try. Located the nesting site up river last summer. My 2 daughters and I watch them from our Sea-Doo when we get the chance. Looking forward to getting pics this summer!

In New Jersey, if an eagle is spotted, the exact location is kept a secret to protect it from people.

Went fishing in Alaska and Bald Eagles were like Seagulls... I'm pretty sure there were 35 or so when we were cleaning our fish.
