Soon the election will be history, all over but the shouting. When in business I hated elections, sure seamed to hurt business.

Unless you sell advertising, then business is booming!

a little more on food.
Why is it necessary to ad things to peanut butter & other items. Just grind up roasted peanuts & you are done.
& so on. If you want honey in your peanut butter just do it yourself. You can buy it natural, but it costs a lot more, makes no seance.

Later,
Jim

I remember growing up when Pa started buying Adams peanut butter, it had to be stirred (oil separated)... it was good, I don't think they added anything..

One of my favorite snacks-peanut butter and banana on white bread. Sometimes I will eat pb right off the spoon. Not a big fan of crunchy peanut butter. Usually buy Jif.

progress is being made on the deck. Got most of it sealed up . 1 More piece it & what is left to do is picking fly specks out of black pepper. Put up 1 shelf today & 1 more to go at this time. 2 More when I get brackets for them.

Rained a little last night. At the moment some hard rain & hail. But its moving north pretty fast. Bobby hates loud noise, so brought her inside till the noise stops. Would rather be out on deck watching it rain. Thunder gone, going back outside.Jim

.....but, but, but, I like MSG. Why would I want to find it in catsup?:confused3:

hugs, Brandi

MSG is a naturally occurring flavor enhancer. It got a bad wrap in the 80's when people started over using it and it was somewhat banned. It was then replaced with chemical food enhancers and is now coming back as the better alternative to artificial as our bodies do not know how to handle artificial substances, leading to obesity and heart conditions. If you love eating mushrooms then you love MSG because that is an area that it naturally occurs. I work in product development in a major food company Nestled in where I live, lol

Hi folks,
yes I have taken a few pictures, if the come out will post them. Put up the last big sheet of ply yesterday. 1 ore small sheet, weird shape & the ply is done. Have a 10" board to block part of the door way & some small boards to go across the top. Then its take down a few boards that are temp. Put up 2 shelves yesterday. They are pretty junked up, but plan to put up some more & that will cure that problem. Lot o paint smearing to go. Most of it can be rolled on & I have a HPLV sprayer when I get ready for final paint. A little at a time will put up trim boards to hide some more ugly. Most of the plastic is gone, except the south side. May replace it some time, just got sick of the plastic. Had I ever even thought about closing the deck in, things would have been done differently. Home Depot has some lumber in the back of the store that has some blemishes & is 70% off. Ply is better & cheaper that the old stuff I had. Got some shelf brackets & sanding belt for $30 & change.
About 70/80$ worth of normal cost. Will stock up some later, always needing boards for some project.

Luck is holding, was doping off on the way home, sipping a beer & didn't slow down soon enough when the 5 mph came up. Got lit up, thought oh crap here I go. Turned out to be a real nice gun, Checked to make sure I was not a criminal & make sure I had insurance. He poured out my beer, told me the rules on open containers & then sent me on my way. When leaving town will get a milk shake or coffee to sip on way home. + plus not making plans as I drive.

Plan to get a cheap spray gun, small nail gun & a belt sander. Maybe payday. Don't have many things that I really need at the present time.

Little at a time I keep finding more things stolen. Don't miss them until I want to use them. 5.5" Skill saw, Another skill saw, Belt sander, nail guns, ( real good metal one.) & 3 Collector model engines.

OH well life goes on & I have everything I really need, so should not really complain. Just thank the Lord for what I do have.
Happy days ahead.

Getting deck closed in just in time, cooling off pretty quickly. Hail yesterday first time I have ever seen it here, sure cooled things off in a hurry.

More later
Jim

Got a little done today. Damm little.
3 Boards put up. I shelf ( screwed to wall & 2 screws stripped out Thin ply??
Narrow board across top of door. Tall 10" wide down door side.

Pain does effect thinking. Knew I needed a board 54" long. Carefully cut it 50". Oh well will use it for a shelf.
Thinking about some kind of roll up thing to go across door way. Just thinking may never do it.

do many things I need to do & even more I want to do. Will have to pay someone to do some of the needed things.

Getting colder & colder, 48 this AM & barley got up to 70 in afternoon. Should have brought up propane tank & made sure heater will will work. Maybe tomorrow.

Payday Harbor freight & pick up a few things I sure can use. + Maybe a little odd, Large moving quilt, to put on bed. Should be very warm & I like something heavy on me.

Back is not only pain, but major 1.
Sitting does not let it settle down much. Laying down for a while it goes away. But within less than 3 minutes it lights up again. Some odd little pains come & go.

When I was growing up & later Tombstone was a near normal small town. Now nothing but a tourist trap. Have not been there in about 3, maybe 4 years. Have some things there that I would really like to have. Maybe in another year or 2.

Oh well life is good & I am thankful for what I do have & can do.

Enough dume & gloom
More Later,
Jim
