Actually they say in hospital that this kind injuries take quite long time to cure... maybe a year but glad that not have any broken bones...

Metsaman stay the heck off the roof. Broken bone would be a lot less painful that torn muscles or ligaments. I sure hope it heals much faster than a year for you, take care of yourself and listen to what the doctors tell you.

Been there, done that. You may find that you have a weak unstable ankle from now on. I have to wear high shoes or I'll turn my ankke under regularly.

Thank You very much, I buy a bondage that should support My ankle and I have to wear it long time... It much easy to break again now in future ...
