+1 My Kioti dealer was the first one that treated me well and offered a reasonable price right off the bat, so I bought from them.I tell our salespeople, "You can treat the customer like he is smart, or like he is stupid. If you treat him like he is stupid and he is stupid, you might get an order. If you treat him like he is smart, and he is stupid, you might lose an order. If you treat him like he is stupid and he is smart, he will never do business with you again. And if you treat him like he is smart and he is smart, you will have a customer for life. Who do you want to do business with?"
