The TSC tire, good/bad or other?

One caution on these -- make sure you're getting at least 4-ply rated tires. That's what came on them originally. Most are 2-ply rated...
IMO, 2-ply tires do not have a strong enough sidewall to hold up on the front, where the stress of a loaded bucket ends up, along with the PT-pucker weight transfer from the rear... IMO, you need tires rated for well over 1,000 lbs of load each....
I've searched all over trying to find affordable 23x10.50x12 6-ply lug (R1) tires and cannot find any to my liking. Titan used to offer the same tread pattern that PT uses (Tru-Power) in a 6-ply, but no longer. Carlisle has Super Lugs in 6-ply, but they have many fewer lugs on them than the Tru-Powers. There is one imported tire that offers a lug in a 6-ply rating, but I've been told that they are metric sized and not really as big as the 10.50s -- more like 9.50s...
I've seen one brand of 6-ply tire in 10.50 width that is used on Ditch Witch machines, but they're outrageously priced -- $150+ per tire....
However, you can find 23x8.50x12 in 6-ply in both R1 and R4 tread patterns. It seems that some compact skidsteers use that size....
