Check out this site. I have been thinking about building a barn on our property ( the wife says I have to build the house first... priorities I guess) and I came across this site which has several barn plans available for free.

Check out [http://www.cedarbuildings.com/pricelist.html] Fredricton New Brunswick Canada - great prices tho they don't come down to erect but help out only. I was looking into this seriously when I built my 24x36 barn. Wanted a second floor with no interior posts (to knock down) so this ruled out this Co. I created a complete materials list in Excel for bids for this structure if you're interested, email me.
Cost for the materials as shown roughly $12K w/o foundation, then to erect complete with cedar siding, windows, 2 OH 9'x8'H doors, double that number.
