Thanks for the kind comments, I am indeed the luckiest guy alive. I plan on keping my 40 foot Motorhome in one side of the barn and my toys and shop in the other.

I'd like to build one that high. I run into twin post above ground auto lifts all the time for $1000. and below. I don't do commercial auto repair anymore but I would still just kind of like to have one.

Very nice, Pete. How far from your home in town is it to your country spot? Are you going to sell your house an move to the country soon?

Wow nice barn and nice other half also. Your a lucky man. Just had a confab with my best half and she agreed to radiant heat /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gifif I build a smaller garage. (24x24) Of course that's about three years down the line but I can handle that. Of course by then she'll proberly figure out that radiant heat would also be good for her car instead of the cold stall it has now!!!!!
Take care,
Al

Jim: My home town is in Scotland but my current home is in Edmond, Oklahoma. I am building a new house on 5 acres in Norman and plan on moving around April. By the way although I am a natural born Scotsman I became a US citizen in 1985 and wish I were 25 years younger so I could defend this great country that has been so good to me. However, all I can do is work hard and pay my fair share of taxes to support the finest military in the world.

God Bless America!!

Great Scot! Pete's in Edmond. From the photo you sent me, it looked like you were on a city street, so I figured that wasn't your country place. Norman is very nice. About four years ago, both my daughters lived there and as a result I spent many weekends there. Now does this mean you might become an OU Sooner fan?

Thanks for your kind words for our military. I'm US Navy retired and very proud of the fine job our armed forces are doing to rid the world of terrorism. They are selflessly sacrificing so that you and I can enjoy many more safe and peaceful holiday seasons. May God bless them with a joyous holiday season and the knowledge that the country is behind them as a grateful nation.

Jim: I have a freshman in OU and my high school senior has already been accepted so I guess I'm a Sooner fan. Besides, they have a pretty good football team , the men's basketball team is 9 and 1 and the women's team has only lost one game also so far this season.
