Not sure where else to put this...
I am in the market for a good ($100-125 price range) rechargeable autojumper? Looking for good advice and experience. Thanks

Get the NOCO Boost Plus. Watch for discounts / deals on Amazon. Excellent idiot-proof jumper.

It has a flashlight (that I'll probably never use) but also has the convenience of USB charger port that is really handy for charging any device when you're away from standard plug-in power.

I bought the GB-40 model (which is 1000A 12V and listed for use with 6.0L gas engines or 3.0L Diesels) for $77 during Prime Days. Looks like it's on sale for $100 now.

I have a Noco 2000 amp one. One complaint I have is it has to detect some voltage to work. Jumping a lawnmower with no battery is a no go. Besides that I’ve been very impressed. I’ve started a 4bt Cummins with the battery completely dead. The 2000 amp model exceeds the $100 price range but they make smaller ones that you can get for $100.

On my NOCO GB-40 there is a manual override so you can charge a battery that is completely dead or under 2 volts. I thought they all had this feature. Might want to check yours . . .

If you hook a dead load to mine it flashes the fault light and nothing happens. Pushing the red button that sorta looks like an override doesn’t change anything.

Right. Hold the button (red exclamation point) for 3 seconds and it puts it into manual override mode. You only need to do this when the battery is so low that the charger won't detect it. Note that this disables the "smart" safeties that are built-in.

I've got the same one as 4570 has, the GB70 and it's a beast. My boss got it for me as a retirement present as I was always saying how good the one we had at work performed. It would start Cummins diesels with a stone dead battery in the dead of winter no problem and it wouldn't even drop down the indicator lights. As was said, push and hold the override button for a dead battery. They're more than $100, least in Canada Amazon.
Mines 4 years old now and still holds a charge.
