Batwing Blade Sharpening

How do you sharpen blades? Do you take them off or sharpen while still on the bushhog? I've tried both, just curious how others do it. Also, how do you get to the center blades? The way I do it is probably not the safest, but I put blocks of wood behind the batwings wheels and then pick up the tongue with the FEL, then prop timbers under in case chain breaks. Just seeing if others had a better way.

I haven't had to do mine yet but the wings look easy, of course, and it looks like I might have enough access to the center section blades from alongside it.
