Update: After putting the bead sealer in the one area it actually developed a leak in another area. I ended up putting the bead sealer all the way around and so far it seems to be hold air good. No bubbles with the spray, stayed tight over night. We'll see for the near future. Thanks for the assistance guys.
Bead sealer, can I use it for this?

Paint doesn't rust.. have good maintained rims.
