Becarefull if buying anything with perkins 1104-44t engine

I have a Perkins diesel engine and have always been impressed by it. Top quality engine. I have JDs and Kubotas and would not put a Perkins behind them in any respect. Great engines.

thanks for your input guys, To keep you all in the loop Massey are still not helping us, and perkins will not speak to us directly, we have had to buy a newer Massey from our dealer and traded in the old one, but this has cost us ｣12,000 for the privalege! Our dealer has been excellent and really helped us out but I still feel that there is some sort of issue being hidden from us, it feels that Perkins are able to accept there is an issue but Massey do not want to open the flood gates for risk of further liabilitys..
