Bed mounted winch

Hated to drill holes in my bed but I've been wanting to do this for a while. I go to a lot of auctions and antique tractor shows. Now if I don't have the trailer and need to haul something small I can. Mounted a bumper hitch to the floor and put the winch on a removable plate so I can take it out when not in use or if I want to mount it on my trailer. I did put heavy steel under the bed. Put stakes on my ramps and put them up on the sides so there's a little more room in the bed.

i added a remote controlled winch to my ford f350, but i built a shackle to slip over my recessed 5th wheel hitch. i simply flip open the ball, slip the shackle winch over it and plug it in.

no holes necessary, and works great
