Hey all,
Its been a while since I have been on. Lookin at a new piece of equipment to add to the fleet.. a newholland tv 6070 or older model tv145. Im gonna run a shredder on it for med palmettos etc. Anyone ever run this setup and what do u think about it... I have a barko 930 as well as a hydro ax for heavy stuff.

No first hand knowledge, but I know a guy that tried new holland running a mulcher. He couldn't get it to run cool even with lots of attempts by the dealer to get it right. Maybe someone has better info, but that's just what I heard. He didn't keep it very long at all.

We run a TV 145 for about 8 months now and had some issues with overheating and popping the plastic radiator apart. There have been some other issues with electrical and now a pump. if you can handle these things its a great machine. The TV is a good tractor ours just isn't able to handle a lot of stress. We have been thinking about taking the head off and getting a pan or a bat wing for it.
