No, not running yet. I pulled the tractor up to my back door to work on it. Now it has rained for the last 2 days. Waiting for the rain to stop. I also have a good selection of manuals. The first tractor I bought had them stuffed into the little tool box. One manual is a big book for a t25s that has a breakdown of every piece on the tractor. The only thing I don't like about the book it does not show how the parts tie together. The other manual is a little book that tells how everything works, most of the info from the regular manual comes from this book. But this book has more ! They are in pretty bad shape so I need to take time and copy all this info into my PC. People would probable love to see this stuff. These may be the manuals you have. EX: the smaller book has a diagram showing how the fuel flows thru the filters and pumps to the injectors. I didn't figure this out myself, I have a picture showing me how it works.
These books have a green cover.

Well something is wrong. After getting it all together it will not pump up. I have checked and rechecked for loose fuel lines. I have replaced the hand pump. I have hand filled the fuel lines. It will not pump. It will not pump thru the first pump.Then it hit me could I have missed lining up the gears. If the rod that pushes the fill pump is in the wrong position will it block the pump from working or do you think the hand pump should work anyway.
The reason I am concerned about the 2 gears is I was not putting the same pump back on. I had to count holes and make marks on the new gear. I think I have it correct. Do you know what the 3 marks on the gears are for. Looks to me like what to use to align the 2 gears. But my paint marks were not close.

The marks should line up with the other gears. It should pump weather the marks are lined up or not. If the marks are not lined up it may not fire properly but should pump. The only reason it may not pump is the throttle is not in the proper position.
The fuel lever should be all the way forward (I know you know this) . The linkages may not allow the lever to move all the way forward. Inside the high pressure pump this moves cams that allow the pistons in the pump to fully travel to pump the fuel.
Make sure the pump has oil in it., two screws on the side of the pump body, lower one is a drain upper one is the filler, fill until oil runs out of the top screw.
I will read the manuals again and see if I have missed somthing....
