Bent Grader Blade Index Plate

Look at your last picture. The pipe weld is clearly broken on the bottom. Just needs realignment and welded.

I think that's just a circular line of grease from the pipe. Wondering if the inner pipe could have twisted?

If it still functions, you could weld an extension on your top plate, and drill some more adjustment holes.
