You can also disconnect the 3 point and just pull the tractor forward to pull the front 1/2 of the shaft out of the back 1/2 and then deal with disconnecting it from the PTO.

Once you do somehow get it apart try to straighten the shaft but if it has even the slightest wobble quickly buy a replacement for the still bent section or both depending where the slight wobble is. Using a shaft with even a tiny wobble will wear out a lot of expensive parts sooner rather than later. You should be able to reuse the pto yokes saving some bucks unless they really get beat disassembling.
