Benye Tractors

Hi All,

Just me again. Now I am happy with my little Jinma, my buddy is interested in Chinese tractors and while surfing around showing him some, came across the the CBT site
( Chinas Best Products ) and floating down the list came across the Benye Tractor which appears to be significantly cheaper than the Jinmas or Kamas ( at least at CBT ).
Price for Jinma 28hp is $6400 ( USD ) while a similar Benye is about $1000 less at $5400.
Does anyone know anything about these tractors ?
Since I haven't seen them advertised by anyone, is there something wrong with them ? I understand they are sold heavily in Great Britain by Somner Tractors.
Just wonder about them as no one in the U.S. appears to market them.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Benye has been sold in the states, they were the biggest part of the Rhino brand tractors. they gave a couple importers exclusive rights, but the market never developed for them. we looked into them closely before going with KAMA. Now the biggest issue I see is they only have one tractor that uses an EPA engine, the BY224. I have seen these in person and they did not appear to be as up to date as the Jinma and KAMA. Manay of the models are 2 cylinders. Might be OK for Canada? We had a Benye dealer here in Arknasas, but he has closed. He seemed to have a similar number of issues as Jinma and KAMA importers deal with, no better, probably not any worse. Jinma has the brand recognition, KAMA has some good marketing features, Benye may try to do something on price, but they don't really have anything unique to offer other than that IMHO.
