Best all-around grease

I've always been a Mystik JT6 person but today we picked up a case of
JD SD Polyurea grease, it's recommended for a Round Baler and only a
few cents more than the Mystik so we're going to give it a try. I asked
my friend at the JD dealership why if it's recommended by JD when the baler
was delivered with some other type grease. Naturally he said, "well it's just
something they use in the shop", it was red, to my knowledge JD doesn't
market red grease.

I've been using the Mobil 1 synthetic grease for ten years. No complaints.

Any type of Heavy equipment, pins/bush 5th wheels anything that "slides" one should use a 5% Moly fortified aluminum or calcium-sulfonate complex thickener base grease,it's very sticky/tacky stays where it's put HIGHLY resistant to water wash out/pound out applications not like a Lithium base that will actually mix with water and wash away.

the new Amsoil Off-Road grease is very good as is Schaeffer's #238 Moly

I use the Chevron Ultra-Duty NGLI 2, (red in color), for just about everything. It's used by many of the forestry and heavy equipment people around here.
