No I don't have ballast or weights for rear wheels and I will check on the rim constuction...I won't be going very fast though...small dirt/gravel roads in the village (when they are not covered in ice and or snow...

Leonz, I tried going to the Pewag site and they have a long way to go to make their web site user friendly...I could get to the tractor chain section but when I tried to browse tractor chains it would take me to passenger car chains...I entered all three part numbers you provided in "search" for every catagory and only got "not found" back as a response...
