Best Place to Buy Rebar?

I just bought two 20 ft joints of 3/8 inch rebar for $6.40, or $3.20 per joint, from a local steel building supplier. They cut them in half to load in the back of my pickup at no charge.

$0.16 per foot is alot better than I can find. I have ranges of $0.23 to $0.34 per foot for #3, but we do have some big construction projects going locally and no one seems to be hungry.
