BOB: I KIND OF PREFER THE ROTATING LIGHTS. SEEMS THEY ARE EASIER TO SEE IN DAYLIGHT. of course now i am talking of just single light ot mabey 2 of them. but there is no denying the fact that the strobes on my sons police explorer is very attention getting. but one strobe i don't think is very good. just mho
