I'd stay away from pressure washing as a rule. Most dirt/mud/grease comes off with the degreasers/water after soaking. Ocassionally I used some dish detergent from a bucket and find that garden hose water pressure is sufficient. I routinely used compressed air for everyday cleaning. After wiping it down, some kinda wax would be nice. Rodent control is important as the Grunt noted and some might cover it with a cotton drop cloth to keep bird crapp, etc while in storage. Mike
