Best weight synthetic oil for john deere 2320 compact tractor?

Hiya,

I believe all the 2000/3000 series Deere's call for 5w-30 oil prior to the tier 4 compliance. I run Amsoil 5w-30 series 3000 Diesel oil the ones I have, seems to work very well.

Hello,
I'm new to this forum. Just wondering what weight and brand synthetic oil everyone would suggest to use for my john deere 2320 compact tractor? I live in North Carolina. Summers are hot, Upper 90s and Winters can get very cold Lower teens and even below zero sometimes. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

Viscosity is not the primary consideration . You should be using API specs to decide .
