Here's one - if you wanna replace speakers the top lid of the cab swings up even has a prop rod!

I have not seen or heard of a tractor radio or any car radio that outputs bluetooth audio for headphones.
I am surprised as I would think they would be common but I guess not.
There are lots of bluetooth transmitters that will interface with radios and provide the bluetooth for headphones.

Just record music you like and use a USB
stick if your radio has a usb plug in

This works well for music but not if you also want to listen to local radio stations.
